In Whelan’s last weekend, I noticed there was writing everywhere in the cubicles. I felt like I was back in college reading the walls! I guess that Whelan’s have decided to leave the graffiti there as a point of interest rather than go to the trouble of scrubbing it off. This one in particular caught my eye.
If you can’t read it, the text is:
I took you home. The flash burn of want clouded my judgement & I played the shy music. Did you believe the lies. The lies of want. Your rough words replused (sic.) me. I took you home. I took off your trousers. I kissed you back. I never spoke. Never cried out for you to stop.
I took you home.
